  Park is old and not taken care of. Could be a great park if cleaned up. Internet is almost non existent. Staff at front desk rude. Needs major landscape clean up...new pavement and laundry room os dirty. Machines haven't been wiped down or cleaned in forever. Lots of the patio lounge chairs are cracked and the pads are filthy. Pool is nice.

  Took corporate office 5 months to answer my complaint. I could post the whole exchange here but it's not worth it. Seriously took 1 year for someone to reply to this review. They used my review to try and sell the improvememts. It was a run down RV park, Not even close to a resort. Has no security. Their idea of an activity is odd for an RV park. The activity was sponsored by Mike Thompsons RV roasting hot dogs over fire while they try to sell you a new coach. This placr at the time wasn't ideal for families. Theft of bikes 2 times this week. Not a good thing. The druggies that roam that area stole my son's bike that was locked after a post begging for the return of his bike no questions asked we got back pieces of it. Some good Samaritan that seemed to know a great deal about the people that are criminals in this area recovered the bike and had it pieced together, took hus $600.00 mountain bike and made it into a Walmart special. Anything that they could get a few bucks for they took. Another couple literally had high end mnt bikes locked on the roof of their Subaru, they were stolen the day before while they slept. They could have spent money on a real gate. Based on how my request to their corporate office was handled with no offer to help repair or replace my son's destroyed bike considering they are insured for stuff like this just affirms all they want is money. They also tried to sell us on a sudo lease space. It's still the same people and this property is not privately owned. We go camping we spend more money for a better more secure site. Doesn't matter how much paint you put on wrong.
