  Very happy with the help I received from Omar, Gustavo, and Daniel at Verizon Wireless on Ramon Road in Cathedral City. I'm not tech savvy, and had trouble with Google maps giving me verbal directions. They spent some time troubleshooting the issue, ultimately reset my phone, and I was good to go! Thanks, guys, really appreciate it, great customer service.
